Coffee, Cake and True Islam is a weekly open house event launched by the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community of Metro Detroit for an informal and candid conversation about Islam. The event is held every Thursday intended for neighbors, academia, students, media and anyone else interested in learning about the True Islam.
We get to hear a lot about the religion of Islam from the Media, here is your opportunity to meet local Muslims, hear firsthand what exactly Islam's true teachings are, and ask questions in a very informal environment over a free cup of coffee and cake.
The goal of the gathering is to create an environment where people can freely question and express their understanding of Islam and also meet local Muslims. Join us for a warm cup of coffee, cake, and some engaging conversation. Events are free and open to the public.
